This week the auditions were in Los Angeles with Avril Lavigne and Katy Perry as guest judges. I think both of them have been so far the best judges. I especially liked Perry. She was blunt and didn't take any crap for Simon or Kara. It was pretty funny when Perry told Kara that"This is not a Lifetime movie, sweetheart" when Kara praise a Chris Golightly. Chris had a touching story - he had grown in foster care homes and said that nothing good has ever happened to him. That's when Perry reminded him and Kara that it was a signing competition and not a Lifetime move. I think Perry should stay longer on Idol!
LA gave a total of 23 yeses! Let's see what happened tonight with Barney and one of the Jonas Brothers as a guest judges? Are you serious?
