There isn't really a whole lot to say other than this...What's up with this senior citizen fight card? Former collegiate wrestlers in their mid-40s in Randy Couture and Mark Coleman going at it and late 30s has-been fighters in Matt Serra and Frank Trigg.

I know, I know...it's 'The Natural' Randy Couture...the guy who defies age. Don't get me wrong...he's awesome but when is enough enough? I dunno...to be honest I like seeing Couture fight...just not too thrilled his opponent is Mark Coleman. I mean...really what's the point?

This is the last card that is somewhat mediocre before the UFC goes on a 3 or 4 month tear with some exciting PPVs, but this one is still miles ahead of any Strikeforce card. (just had to throw that jab in there) Anyways, here's our UFC 109 predictions:
