Okay, I'm not going to give you my take on last night's Monday Night RAW (September 28, 2009) episode. It wouldn't be fair since I only saw maybe 30 minutes of it. It's not that I forgot or didn't have time. I knew Al Sharpton was going to be the celebrity guest host and knew it was going to disappoint me; however, I had to tune in briefly just for the benefit of the doubt.

To be honest with you, in the 30 minutes that I watched I didn't see Al Sharpton once. I did see a commercial run that was promoting an educational benefit of some sort that Al Sharpton and Newt Gingrich were teamed up on. Did I just say that right? Gingrich and Sharpton? Very weird.

After the commercial, I keep watching and see Santino Marella come out to the ring...low and behold Hornswoggle's music plays. They team up to face...guess who...Chavo and his slowly declining tag partner Chris Masters. Masters has got to be one of the dumbest, goofiest, talentless wrestlers I've seen in years. The dude is a physical specimen, but he's not a technical wrestler and WWE knows his mic skills suck so they don't even let him talk. Anyways...this Chavo/Hornswoggle chirade is so played out and it appears it may be over. After applying the master lock on Santino, Chris Masters grabs Hornswoggle through the ropes and puts the same move on him. Chavo laughs for a second and then disgusted at the fact this big muscle-head was manhandling this little guy, he throws a punch at Masters to break the hold. Chavo leaves the ring upset...you can almost predict a future tag team of Chavo and Hornswoggle in the making.

So let me get back to my main point...I have expressed my disappointment in the celebrity guest hosts lately. Some people have agreed with me and some actually like these people the WWE are letting host their show. If I had my way, this is the top ten list of celebrity guest hosts that I would like to have on Monday Night RAW in order:

1-'Macho Man' Randy Savage (former WWE champion)

2-Mike Tyson (legendary pro boxer)

3-Sean William Scott (Stifler from American Pie movies)

4-Vin Diesel (Fast and the Furious star)

5-Chuck Liddell (former UFC Light Heavyweight champion)

6-Road Warrior Animal (one half of legendary tag team Road Warriors)

7-Peyton Manning (NFL superstar quarterback Indianapolis Colts)

8-Hugh Jackman (Wolverine)

9-Ray Lewis (NFL All-Pro Linebacker Baltimore Ravens)

10-Quintin 'Rampage' Jackson (former UFC Light Heavyweight champion and future B.A. Baracus) + Mr. T (original B.A. Baracus & Rocky III's Clubber Lang). They could tag-team the show!
